Customer Care and Returns Policy

At Beehive we want you to be completely happy with the products you buy, and we do our best to ensure that everything sold here is of a high quality. If you have any issues with any of the products you have bought, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will endeavor to solve the problem. We can offer refunds or exchange within a 28 day period. Please notify me within 14 days if you wish to have a refund or exchange and return the unwanted item within the next 14 days. The only items we cannot accept within our refund and exchange policy are earrings. The exclusion arises from a Health and Safety perspective and is an international recommendation to prevent the spread of infections.
